How do i change delivery date?

Can I change my delivery address?

Subscribe and Save Terms and conditions

Cellnutrition Sport strongly recommends that you consult with your doctor or physician before beginning any exercise program. You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise. Cellnutrition Sport is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition. You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Cellnutrition Sport and its directors, administrators, agents and other associated employees from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown.

Individuals

1) You may use the course for your personal Cellnutrition Sport workouts and print/create schedules for yourself as needed.

2) You may not copy, distribute, or otherwise make publicly available login credentials or Cellnutrition Sport content.

3) Violation of intellectual property of the copyright laws regarding Cellnutrition Sport material will result in loss of rights to access without refund.

Personal Trainers/Gym Owners

1) You may use the course for your personal workouts and print/create schedules for yourself as needed.

2) You may use the course for clients/colleagues/classes who do not own the Cellnutrition Sport course with the following conditions:

a) The individual client/colleague is lead through the workout by you.

b) You incorporate Bulletproof For Cellnutrition Sport into your class, only as a minor part of the class ie. a warm up, or cool down

c) Giving assignments for workouts between personal training sessions or classes is acceptable. However you’re prohibited from printing out, or passing on as entire week/month or cycle of Cellnutrition Sport programming

d) Note that instructing workshops/seminars or classes based entirely on Cellnutrition Sportmaterials, or marketed as such, without written authorization from Cellnutrition Sport is expressly prohibited.

4) Your course login is a personal one and may only be shared with a significant other or family member. Colleagues or clients should never have access to your courses.

5) You may not copy, distribute, or otherwise make publicly available login credentials or course content.

 

Payments, Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Cellnutrition Sport Purchases

All Cellnutrition Sport are processed securely via our third party payment gateway providers, such as Stripe or PayPal. You must refer to their terms and conditions for additional information. All transactions are handled over SSL and are PCI-Compliant. We do not store Your credit card details.

Payment

Subject to any free trial period, payment must be made at the time of purchase and before You have access to Your subscription.

Subscriptions to the Cellnutrition Sport program will be auto-renewed on the first day of Your next billing period.

You must notify Us of any change to Your Payment Method. We will assume your Payment Method is correct and will continue to bill fees and charges relating to Your subscription by Your nominated Payment Method; If any subscription fees billed to Your account are not processed for any reason We may suspend Your subscription until payment is made in full.

We reserve the right to vary the fees billed for Your subscription-based Products from time to time, but only for the next and subsequent billing periods. In that event We will give You notice of the variation at least 14 days before it will come into effect; and if you do not cancel Your subscription within 14 days of the notice of the variation, You will be deemed to have accepted the variation.

Free Trials

Your Cellnutrition Sport subscription may start with a free trial for a fixed period as specified at the time of sign up. Free trials are only available to new Cellnutrition Sport users, and are at the sole discretion of Cellnutrition Sport, and if you attempt to sign up for an additional free trial You will be immediately charged with the standard subscription price. We reserve the right to revoke Your free trial at any time. Unless You cancel before the end of the trial period, Your free trial will automatically roll over to a paid subscription. Any unused portion of Your free trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

Promotions

We may offer special promotions, trials, discounts, offers or coupons from time to time directly through Cellnutrition Sport or through third parties, subject to and on it’s terms and conditions separate to those of Cellnutrition Sport. It is Your responsibility to read and understand those terms and conditions. Any trial offers or subscriptions will automatically rollover to a paid subscription unless cancelled at the end of the promotional period, or unless otherwise stated

Refunds

Cellnutrition Sport offers refunds after the first month of service in the case of user dissatisfaction. Requests have to be made by contacting us and must be made 72 hours prior to the next billing cycle starting. We will respond to your email within 72 hours. Cellnutrition Sportagrees to provide the refund at its earliest convenience. Refunds are offered if deemed appropriate by customer service representatives, but Cellnutrition Sportdoes not have any obligation to provide said refunds based on the judgement of the customers. We’re not out here to steal anyone’s money, so the main thing is that we will always be understanding of our customers situation.

Cancellation

You may cancel Your subscription at any time. You must cancel at least 72 hours before the start of Your next billing period, so as not to be charged for your next billing cycle. After cancellation, You will continue to have access to the Cellnutrition Sport program for the remainder of Your billing period.

To cancel your subscription to the Cellnutrition Sport program, please contact us confirming your cancellation request.

If you have any trouble with this simply contact our support team for help. We will respond to your email within 72 hours.

Interpretation

Billing Terms means theses billing terms and conditions outlined herein including any additions or variations of these Cellnutrition Sport Terms made by Us;

Payment Method means the payment details nominating the account or process by which a customer or subscriber agrees to pay for the Products as referred to in clause 14.

Products means any item including, goods, services, digital products, ebooks, downloads, resource material, online content, and other similar content sold by Us to a customer or subscriber.

Terms of Service refers to and includes Our Privacy Policy and Disclaimers which can be viewed at Add link, including any additions or variations to these policies and disclaimers made by Us;

We or Our or Us refers to the Cellnutrition Sport

You or Your refers to you, the customer or subscriber.
